Carmo has been in the hospitality and tourism industry for over 20 years. She has been passionate about organising events from a very young age and always loved the chance to unite people to come together and have a good time. Born and raised in Portugal, she spent 5 years gaining international experience in the luxury hotel management sector in Spain, before moving to the DMC and event side of the industry. Carmo is passionate about offering creative solutions, creating authentic experiences and exceeding event expectations. Some of her fondest memories in the events industry are being part of the team that delivered the final events for the World Cup and Champions League.
